Hi Eniola! Our apologizes for the late reply! A typical PNB Mental Health schedule is similar to the core PNB schedule in second year. The main difference is that in Mental Health, you would take 2 additional required courses, Personality (PSYCH 2B03) and Abnormal Psychology (PSYCH 2AP3). Depending on the offerings, you can take one of these courses during one term and the other during the next term. This is what I did and I found it to be alright! However, first semester of second year PNB can be quite tough workload wise so it's totally up to you if you want to take either of these Mental Health courses in the spring/summer term (if they're offered). As for the PNB 2QQ3 course, this is an independent laboratory course. So, you will apply to work in the lab of a professor of your choosing. In second year, this process should be explained to you in a PNB Tutorial course that takes place in the fall semester. That being said, the 2QQ3 course would then take place in the winter semester (applications for QQ positions are usually done a semester before the course is taken). However, you may wish to continue to work with a particular professor over the spring/summer terms if that is what you and your supervisor agree on! I hope this helps!
